长焰煤热提质特性研究

摘要:本文以内蒙神东长焰煤为原料,对其在不同粒径、不同热提质终温条件下进行管式炉热提质试验,研究温度和粒径对热提质固体产物性质、产率以及焦油产率的影响规律。研究结果表明:热提质温度在200℃之前主要以煤的干燥脱水为主,热解过程主要发生在300℃-700℃;随着热提质温度升高,固体产物产率下降,当温度从300℃升高到700℃,产率下降较快;热提质温度升高,焦油产率先增大后减小,500℃时,焦油产率最高;煤的粒径变化对热提质固体产物性质、产率以及焦油产率的影响不明显。

Characteristic research on upgrading of long flame coal
Abstract:In this paper,long flame coal with different size distribution was upgraded at different temperature.The effects of temperature and size on the characterisitc of solid products were studied.And also the effects of temperature and size on the yield of solid products and tar were studied. The results show that,long flame coal is mostly dried below the temperature of 200℃,and mostly upgraded between 300℃ and 700℃.As the increase of temperature,the yield of solid products decreases.When the temperature rises from 300℃ to 700℃,the yield of solid products decreases rapidly.As the increase of temperature,the yield of tar increases at first,and then decreases.At the temperature of 500℃,the yield of tar reaches the maximum.Size has little impact on characteristic of upgrading.
