银在铜表面原位生长及其电催化性能

摘要:通过采用表面平整的铜从溶液中置换银离子的方法,在铜表面原位生成银微晶。调节置换反应溶液的浓度、组成、反应时间等条件,分别得到了多孔银、细枝状银和粗枝状银三种不同形貌的银沉积层。采用XRD、SEM分别对银沉积层的结构和表面形貌进行了表征,并且采用电化学线性扫描伏安法、计时电流法等测试了三种不同形貌的银在碱性环境下对甲醛的电催化活性。电化学实验结果表明,粗枝状银的电化学活性以及在碱性条件下的稳定性都是最好的。

In-situ Grows of Ag on Copper and Its Electrocatalysis
Abstract:In this paper three morphology of Ag micro-crystallines were synthesized via exchange reactions on plated copper by tuning concentration, chemical components and reaction time to achieve porous Ag, fine dentritic Ag and strong dentritic Ag. SEM graphs showed that porous Ag is formed of flakes with irregular shape and dentritic Ag were synthesized by self-organization of Ag on the surface of plated copper. XRD curves showed that they are face-centered cubic and dominated with (111) faces. The electrocatalytic activities of the Ag on plated copper for formaldehyde oxidation were evaluated by Linear Sweep Voltammetry. The results showed that the height of peak current of formaldehyde oxidation on as-synthesized Ag is 10 times higher than that on plated copper. Chronoamperometric measurements indicated that the strong dentritic Ag has better activity and stability for formaldehyde oxidation compared than the fine dentritic and porous Ag.
