微流体法测量L-谷氨酸介稳区宽度

摘要:介稳区宽度对于结晶过程的控制至关重要,而传统的介稳区测定方法操作比较复杂。本文以谷氨酸为研究物系,利用微流体法测定了其在水溶液,乙醇-水溶液两种体系中的介稳区宽度。实验所得结果与文献中传统法测得的数据趋势相同,可以体现出谷氨酸介稳区宽度的特征。此研究证明利用微流体方法测定物质的介稳区是一种经济可行的方法。。

Metastable Zone Width Measurement of Glutamic Acid Using Microfludic Method
Abstract:Metastable zone is vital for control of crystallization process, while traditional measurement methods are complicated in operation. In this work, microfluidic method was used to measure the metastable zone of L-glutamic acid in water and ethanol+water solution. The date obtained by this method was fund to be consistent with that of using traditional methods, which gave important information on the characteristic of metastable zone width of glutamic acid. This research proves that microfluidic methods is an economic and feasible method to measure the metastable zone
