基于罗丹明B的Cu2+荧光比色探针的合成和性质研究

摘要:以罗丹明B为母体合成了一种新型Cu2+荧光比色探针P1,对该探针的紫外、荧光光谱性质及Cu2+识别性能进行了研究。结果表明,在EtOH体系中加入Cu2+后,P1与Cu2+结合诱导了罗丹明B开环,吸光度和荧光显著增强。P1与Cu2+以1:1的方式结合,结合常数Ka=1.85×104 M-1;检出限为1.05 μM。

Synthesis and Properties of Colorimetric and Fluorometric Probe Based on Rhodamine B for Detecting Cu2+
Abstract:A new new Cu2+ - selective probes P1 was synthesized based on rhodamine B. Then, the spectral and Cu2+ - recognizing properties of P1 were studied. The results showed that, the introduction of Cu2+, which induced the ring-openng progress, enhanced absorbance and fluorescence intensity obviously. P1 bound Cu2+ in a 1:1 stoichiometry with binding constant 1.56×105 M-1. The detection limit was 1.06 μM.
