龙口矿区软岩巷道超前支护研究与应用

摘要:基于龙口矿区围岩软弱易破碎特性,分析了龙口矿区1103工作面材料巷道超前支护段围岩特征,其岩性为松散流动型围岩,因此采用单体棚与超前支护组相结合的支护方式并结合超期支护段人工铺设假顶及底部排水措施,解决了巷道破碎、底部积水、超高段支护问题。结果表明,该超期支护方式提高了超前支护段破碎巷道围岩的稳定性,系统的优化了支护效果,对类似软岩破碎巷道的超前支护具有一定指导意义。

Research and application on advance support of soft roadway in Longkou Mining
Abstract:Based on properties of soft rock which are easily broken and weak in Longkou mining, properties of surrounding rock in advance section of 1103 material roadway were analyzed, then combination of monomer shed and advance support group were used along with measures of artificial laying off the top, bottom drainage which solve the support problems in advance section. The support results indicate that stability of advance support section in broken roadway has been improved and supporting effect has been optimized by the advance support method. The way of advance support has significance in similar support in advance support of soft roadway.
