石墨烯基导电墨水的制备及性能研究

摘要:以石墨烯为导电材料辅以环氧树脂制备了导电墨水。采用电阻仪、热重分析、XRD衍射、红外光谱分析、机械性能测试和扫描电镜分析研究了导电墨水的热稳定性,固化状态,以及固化后线路的导电性能、微观结构、固化状态以及力学性能。讨论了导电墨水的电阻率与石墨烯含量之间的关系。结果表明,当石墨烯含量为24%(质量分数)时,导电墨水的电阻率为5.23Ωocm。导电墨水的力学性能良好,当石墨烯含量为12%时,导电墨水的断裂强度达到了34MPa。另外,FTIR和TGA结果显示导电墨水达到了良好的固化状态并且具有良好的耐热性能。?????

Preparation and properties of graphene for conductive ink
Abstract:The conductive ink was prepared using commercial graphene and epoxy resin. The resistivity, heat resistance, crystal structure, curing state, mechanical properties and micro-morphology of the cured conductive ink was investigated by electric resistancer, thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), mechanical property tester and SEM. The relationship between graphene contents and the resistivity of conductive ink was discussed. The results indicate that the resistivity of the cured polymers with 24%(mass ratio) graphene content is up to 5.23Ωocm. The conductive ink exhibits high mechanical properties according to the results that the fracture strength of the cured polymers with 12% graphene content is up to 34MPa. Furthermore, FTIR and TGA shows that the conductive ink has been cured completely and possesses good heat resistance.
