高压输电线无源温度传感器电源管理电路

摘要:高压输电线的温度在线监测是确保电网安全运行的重要方法?但电池、超级电容等储能器件或者外接电源限制了其在高压环境下的安全应用?本文设计了一种无源温度传感器的电源管理电路。该电路利用电场能量采集器获取高压输电线的电场能,通过频率变换电路实现上变频,再经过开关电路中的高Q值晶振快速充放电,无需储能电容和电池,为温度传感器提供交流电,输出信号可以通过隔离变压器直接传输至安全距离以外?实验表明,当高压峰峰值为4kV时,电源管理电路最大输出功率达到193.6μW,可以成功驱动热敏电阻每5ms工作一次,可实现之间的输电线温度测量。

Power management circuit for passive power-line temperature sensor
Abstract:The online temperature monitoring of the power line is one of the most important monitoring methods for power grid operation and electricity safety. However, the safety of the traditional temperature sensor applied in high voltage environment is limited due to the required battery, super capacitor or external power supply for the temperature sensor. In this paper, a power management circuit consisting of a frequency up-conversion circuit and a high-Q quartz crystal is proposed in order to drive the passive temperature sensor by handling and exploiting the electric-field energy harvested from high voltage power lines. Arising from the frequency up-conversion resonance matching and the high-Q resonance of the quartz crystal, the management circuit working at a higher resonant frequency can obtain a faster charging speed. Consequently, the management circuit can effectively drive the passive temperature sensor without super capacitor and external power supply. By using an isolating transformer, the output signals of the sensor can be transmitted to safety distance. Experimental results reveal that under a 2-KV-amplitude high voltage, the power management circuit owns a maximum output power of 193.6 μW that can drive a thermistor with an operation period of 5 ms, and measure power-line temperature in a range of -10℃~100℃.
