自攻螺钉加固受损重木框架试验研究

摘要:为研究自攻螺钉加固方法对梁柱式胶合木结构节点木材劈裂的抑制效果及加固后对框架整体抗侧性能的有利影响,本文对2榀单层单跨梁柱式木框架足尺试件进行了低周反复加载试验。试验包括自攻螺钉加固作业及加固后的低周反复加载试验。结果表明,自攻螺钉加固方法可以有效抑制裂缝开展,恢复受损结构的强度、刚度、延性等抗侧力性能,改善耗能能力。基于试验分析结果,给出设计建议。

Experimental Study on Earthquake-damaged Timber Post and Beam Structures Strengthened with Self-tapping Screw
Abstract:In order to study the positive effect on split restraint and lateral resistance of glued-laminated timber post and beam structures strengthened with self-tapping screw, cyclic tests on two full-scale one-storey, one-bay timber post and beam construction specimens were carried out. The experimental program includes retrofitted by self-tapping screw at the end of post and beam and cyclic test. The test result shows that self-tapping screw retrofitting approach can restrain the development of crack, recover the lateral resistance such as strength, stiffness and ductility of damaged structures and improve energy dissipation capacity. Based on the conclusions of the experiment, some suggestions are put forward.
