碳化硅表面改性对SiCp/2014Al复合材料组织与拉伸性能的影响

摘要:在本文中,通过搅拌铸造法成功制备出了SiCp/2014Al复合材料,其中,SiC颗粒分别进行酸洗、氧化、镀钛三种不同的表面预处理。研究了不同的表面预处理对SiC颗粒在复合材料中的分散及其对复合材料的常温拉伸性能的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了不同表面预处理后SiC颗粒的表面形貌、相组成以及其在复合材料中的分散情况。结果表明,表面镀钛处理的SiC颗粒的分散行为最好。拉伸结果表明,在常温时,碳化硅表面镀钛处理时,复合材料的的抗拉强度最高,为575MPa,表面氧化时次之,表面酸洗时,复合材料的抗拉强度最低。

Effects of SiC surface modification on the microstructures and tensile properties of SiCp/Al2014 composites
Abstract:In this paper,SiCp/2014Al composites was prepared successfully by stir casting with the SiC particle of pickling, oxidation and titanizing. The effect of different surface pretreatment on the dispersion behaviors of SiC particle in composites and the tensile properties of composites at room temperature were investigated. The surface morphology, phase composition and dispersion of SiC particle with different surface pretreatment were investigated by XRD and SEM. The results showed that the dispersion of SiC particle with titanium coating was the most uniform in composites. In the room temperature, SiCp/2014Al composites with coated titanium SiC particle had the highest tensile strength of 575MPa; that of SiCp/2014Al composites with oxidation SiC particle was second, that of SiCp/2014Al composites with pickling SiC particle was the lowest.
