FRP约束混凝土柱轴向冲击性能试验研究

摘要:FRP约束混凝土柱不仅在静载作用下的力学性能显著提高,并且抗震性能明显改善。但是,其在冲击荷载作用下的研究现在仍处于初步探索阶段。本文通过落锤试验的方法对7组不同倒角半径的FRP约束混凝土柱进行了研究,每组试件包括3个试样。试验获得了锤头力时程曲线,FRP表面关键点的应变时程曲线和最终的破坏形态。高速摄像仪拍摄下了试件的整个破坏过程。试验结果表明,随着倒角半径的增加,FRP的约束效果逐渐增强,试件的抗冲击性能提高。结合静载试验结果,发现FRP约束混凝土柱的动力增大系数(DIF)随着倒角半径的增大而减小。

The axial impact behaviours of FRP confined concrete columns
Abstract:Concrete column strengthened by wrapping FRP can improve its mechanical properties under static load and seismic performance obviously. However, the impact resistance performance of this composite structure is research blank until now.In this paper, seven groups large size FRP confined concrete columns with different chamfering radius for square section were conducted drop hammer impact tests, three specimens in each group. Tests obtained the impact force-time history curves, longitudinal and hoop strain time history curves of key points upon the surface of specimens and failure modes of specimens. A high-speed camera captured the broken process and the images were well. The test results show that impact resistance of CFRP confined concrete columns increased gradually according to the section figures from square to circle.Finally combined with the static test results,the dynamic increase factor(DIF) was found to decrease with the increase of chamfering radius for square section.
