一种基于知识重用的复杂产品概念设计方法

摘要:本文在分析企业现有复杂产品研发设计过程的基础上,针对其设计特点和需求,建立了基于知识重用的复杂产品的概念设计过程。首先建立了概念设计过程中的实例知识模型,提出了基于聚类的知识重用技术检索最相似各模块企业历史设计实例,为了提高设计案例的创新性,引入离群点挖掘技术,将最相似历史设计实例和离群点设计实例一并推送到融合推理过程中,建立概念设计方案评价准则,提出了改进的蚁群算法将各模块设计实例进行融合推理,最终形成满足用户需求的概念设计方案。

A conceptual design method of complex product based on knowledge reuse
Abstract:Based on the analysis of the company's existing complex product design process research , according to its design characteristics and needs, the conceptual design process of complex product based on knowledge reuse was built. Firstly, the model of design instance knowledge was built. Knowledge reuse based on clustering technique was present to retrieve the most similar corporate history design examples of each module. In order to improve design innovation, outliers mining technique was introduced. The most similar history design example and outliers design examples were pushed to the process of fusion reasoning. The evaluation criterion of conceptual design schemes was built. The improved ant colony algorithm was present to fuse the design examples of each module. The conceptual design schemes meeting customer needs was established finally.
