含钛高炉渣的碳热还原

摘要:本研究以攀枝花钢铁集团的含钛高炉渣为原料,在氩气气氛保护下进行高温碳热还原。实验通过X-射线衍射(XRD)以及扫描电镜(SEM)系统研究了还原温度、保温时间和碳比对TiC形成的影响。XRD结果表明:当还原温度高于1773K时,MgAl2O4相消失,还原产物中的主相为TiC。同时,从电镜图片中可以得到:含钛高炉渣的碳化速率随着反应温度的升高为增大,随着碳比的增大而增大(碳比不大于1.0)。而且研究中发现,TiC有在铁附近聚集的趋势。

Carbothermic reduction of Titanium-bearing blast furnace slag
Abstract:The carbothermic reduction experiments were carried out for titanium-bearing blast furnace slag in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company in argon atmosphere at high temperatures. The effects of reduction temperature, isothermal treatment time and carbon content on the formation of TiC were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The XRD patterns results showed that MgAl2O4 phase disappeared and the main phase of the reduced sample was TiC when the reduction temperature was more than 1773K. The SEM pictures show that the reduction rate of the titanium-bearing blast furnace slag could be increased by enhancing the temperature and the C content (carbon ratio ≤1.0). Furthermore, it was also found that TiC had the tendency of concentrating around the iron.
