NiAl复合氧化物催化正丁烷氧化脱氢反应

摘要:研究了以尿素沉淀法制备的NiAl水滑石复合氧化物催化剂体系对催化正丁烷氧化脱氢制C4烯烃的影响。采用XRD、TG-DTA、N2-物理吸附、H2-TPR和SEM等表征技术对催化剂的物相、结构、表面酸碱性及形貌进行了系统的研究。考察了不同Ni/Al比例复合氧化物催化剂的催化性能,发现Ni/Al摩尔比为3,焙烧温度500℃能获得较好的催化效果。

Oxidative dehydrogenation of butane over NiAl mixed oxides catalysts
Abstract:The study investigated the oxidative dehydrogenation (ODH) of n-butane to butenes and butadiene over hydrotaleite-like NiAl mixed oxides catalysts, which were synthesized by urea hydrolysis method. These catalysts were characterized by XRD, TG-DTA, N2-physisorption,, H2-TPR and SEM. The result showed that, a high performance for the ODH reactions was obtained, with the molar ratio 3 of Ni/Al, calcined temperature 500℃.
