非加氢精制脱烯烃分子筛催化剂的积碳失活机理研究

摘要:以改性分子筛为主要组分的非加氢精制脱烯烃催化剂在工业应用中表现出了优越的性能和稳定性。本文对工业应用失活催化剂进行了XRD、N2吸附、固体13C NMR,29Si NMR和透射电镜表征,证实催化反应过程中生成的积碳存在于分子筛的微孔中,覆盖了催化剂的酸中心,导致催化剂失活。失活催化剂通过焙烧方法再生过程中会产生进一步的脱铝。

Study on coke foramtion in the deactivated olefin removal zeolite catalyst
Abstract:Modified ultrastable Y zeolite was used as catalyts remove trace olefins. The catalyst was deactivated and collected after 256 days of running in industrial application. The deactivated catalyst was characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, solid state 13C NMR, 29Si NMR and TEM. The results showed that coke was generated through a polymerization of benzene series and olefins. The coke could cover the active acid site and induce a deactication of the catalyst. During the re-generation by calcination dealumination process took place.
