新型高效催化剂催化烷烃氧化脱氢反应

摘要:丁烯和1,3-丁二烯是合成树脂、橡胶和棉纶等的重要原料,需求量也在不断增加。丁烷氧化脱氢作为一条经济高效的路线而被人们广泛关注。在氧化脱氢反应中产物烯烃由于活性较高,易深度氧化,烯烃选择性受到限制。因此,选择新型高效的催化剂是此反应的关键。水滑石复合氧化物因具有很多特性,诸如:高比表面积、表面酸碱性和可调控形貌等,而引起了众多研究者的广泛关注。本文综述了一类催化烷烃氧化脱氢反应的新型高效催化剂及探索了催化的反应机理。

Oxidative dehydrogenation of alkane over high effective catalysts
Abstract:Butenes and butadiene are important raw materials for manufacturing a large number of chemical products such as resins, rubbers. With the increasing demand of butenes and butadiene, oxidative dehydrogenation (ODH) of n-butane has been recognized as a promising process, which attracts widely attention at home and abroad. The activity of alkenes is higher, which easily occurs to total oxidation, leading to the lower selectivities of alkenes. Therefore, seeking high efficiency catalyst will be the critical factor for this reaction. More recently, hydrotalcite-like compounds as precursors for mixed oxides as catalysts for the ODH reactions have received a large number of attentions, due to their high surface areas, the controllability of its surface acidity/basicity. In this paper, a class of new efficient catalysts about catalyzing oxidative dehydrogenation of alkanes were summarized, and explored the reaction mechanism of catalysis.
