劳动-资本-能源替代对工业能源效率的影响研究

摘要:能源发展关乎国家命运,要从国家发展和安全的战略高度,审时度势,找到顺应能源大势之道。以36个工业行业为研究对象,测度1997-2010年工业行业能源外部替代弹性和全要素能源效率。在此基础上,采用面板VAR模型实证分析能源替代弹性对提升全要素能源效率的影响。结果表明:工业各行业劳动与能源呈稳定的替代关系,资本与能源替代关系不稳定,能源效率不断改善。资本-能源替代对全要素能源效率具有正向影响,而劳动-能源替代对全要素能源效率具有负向影响。应通过加强技术研发,加快要素市场开放,发展劳动密集型产业,推动工业行业能源外部替代,提升全要素能源效率。

The Impact of Capital -Labor- Energy Substitutes on Industrial Energy Efficiency
Abstract:The development of energy relates to national destiny, considering both the national development and security, finding a way of energy's development is looming ahead. This paper focuses on 36 industrial sectors, measures the energy external elasticity of substitution and total factor energy efficiency from 1997 to 2010. On this basis, this paper analyses the influence of energy substitution on total factor energy efficiency by using the panel VAR model. The results show that industrial labor and energy are stable substitutes which between capital and energy are unstable, industrial energy efficiency is improving.. It discovers the capital - energy substitution has a positive impact on total factor energy efficiency, and labor - energy substitution has negative effects on total factor energy efficiency. By strengthening R & D, opening elements markets, developing labor-intensive industries, and promoting external alternative energy, total factor energy efficiency of industry can be improved.
