微结构变形与疲劳断裂的力学描述

摘要:疲劳断裂变形的典型实验观测特征是微结构的变形,但是微结构变形与宏观变形的关系却在理论上缺乏一个理性形式的力学描述。本研究基于理性力学的变形几何方程,以微观结构尺度随机分布的统计属性,给出了用微结构弯曲程度变化(局部转动角)及其弯曲(转动)方位表达疲劳应变的宏观(统计)理论形式。对于长条板的拉伸变形和弯曲变形,分别研究了外力载荷引起的微结构统计属性的变化,并以宏观应变(应力)为自变量,给出了疲劳应变的理论表达式。

Mechanics Formulation of Sub-structure Deformation and Fatigue-fracture
Abstract:The laboratory observed typical features of fatigue-fracture are sub-structures deformation. However, an uniform mechanics formulation about sub-structure deformation and macro deformation was not available in rational sense. Based on the deformation geometry theory of rational mechanics, using the stochastic features of sub-structures deformation, the fatigue strains are expressed by the curving variation of sub-structures (local rotation angle) and their direction distribution (rotation direction) in theoretic form. For the extension (or contraction) and bending of plate sample deformation, the stochastic features variations are expressed by loading stress. The theoretic fatigue strains are formulated by taking the macro deformation as variables.
