基于ARM11的移动实时视频监控系统设计

摘要:对于一些上班族来说,平时工作中无法实时地了解家中情况,只能靠电话等方式获知,假如家中有老人发生危险,无法第一时间采取救助措施。系统以当前计算机应用技术为基础,结合嵌入式技术,以S3C6410微处理器芯片为核心,搭建了移动视频监控系统。针对目前广泛使用的安卓智能手机,对视频数据进行H.264标准压缩编码,利用流媒体传输技术完成视频数据打包后,通过3G无线发射模块完成视频信号的实时传输。实验结果表明,视频图像清晰、延时小且系统稳定可靠,满足了用户对视频监控系统的要求。

Design of Mobile Video Monitoring System Based on ARM11
Abstract:For some office workers, they cannot know the situation of their home in time when they work. They can only know the situation through calling the HomePhone and so on. So when the old might be in risk at home, they cannot take effective measures to help them in first time. To avoid these dangers, the system makes use of S3C6410 microprocess chip as the core to build the mobile real-time monitoring system. In addition, it takes advantage of streaming media technology to achieve the video data packets and H.264 video data compression,then accomplish the real-time video transmission through 3G wireless module in combine with the android mobile phones. The experimental results show that the image quality of the video is clear and the system is stable and reliable. To a certain degree, it can meet the need of office staff completely who require for the real-time video monitoring
