速度攀岩运动员起跑动作特征的运动生物力学分析

摘要:目的:通过对北京体育大学户外运动专项9名速度攀岩运动员起跑动作技术进行生物力学分析,揭示运动员完成合理动作的规律和技术动作要领,对优秀运动员技术特点进行总结分析,为今后速度攀岩运动员的起跑训练进行科学训练提供理论依据和数据支持。方法:运用Qualisys动作捕捉分析系统和Kistler三维测力台对速度攀岩运动员的起跑动作进行测试,测试指标为膝关节角度、踝关节角度、身体重心参数、冲量及地面垂直反作用力等。结论:(1)优秀组运动员在蹬伸阶段出现力量峰值及出现时间都要早于普通组运动员,且地面垂直反作用力峰值要大于普通组。(2)在实验结果分析中,运动员在缓冲阶段获得最大的冲量并不能代表该运动员就能获得最大的起攀速度,需要综合考虑其他因素的影响。(3)缩短蹬伸阶段时间同时提高蹬伸效率是速度攀岩运动员提高攀岩成绩的重要途径。

The Biomechanics Analysis of the Start of Speed Climber
Abstract:Objective:In order to reveals the athletes complete reasonable action rules and technology action essentials, we explored the Beijing sports university outdoor sports special speed of nine climbers who start action technology biomechanical analysis, The purpose is to sum up the technical characteristics of excellent athletes and to provide the theoretical basis and data support for scientific training. Methods: This study through the Qualisys motion capture analysis system and Kistler three-dimensional force platform for speed climbing athletes run test, The exploration index are knee, ankle, body weight parameters, impulse and vertical ground reaction force, etc. Conclusion:(1) Good group of players in the stretching stage time is earlier than the peak power and ordinary group of athletes, and the vertical ground reaction force peak than normal group. (2) In the analysis of experimental results, the athletes in the buffer stage maximize impulse does not represent the athletes can achieve maximum climbing speed, other factors should be considered. (3) Shortening the time of stretching stage at the same time improve the efficiency of stretching is an important means to improve climbing performance speed rock climbers.
