皮革超疏水涂层的制备及性能研究

摘要:超疏水涂层具有防污、防水、自清洁的特性,被广泛应用到汽车、建筑、国防等领域。本文采用喷涂、刮涂、浸轧的方法将二氧化硅和聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)的四氢呋喃溶液对山羊皮革表面进行处理。采用视频光学接触角测量仪测试皮革表面的水滴接触角,采用扫描电子显微镜对涂层表面的微观形貌和粗糙度进行表征,研究二氧化硅和PDMS的用量,以及涂层的构筑方法对皮革表面润湿性能的影响规律。结果表明,采用喷涂法并控制PDMS浓度和二氧化硅用量可使制备的皮革表面具有优良的超疏水性能,其接触角高达155°.

Preparation and Properties of Superhydrophobic Coatings on Leather
Abstract:Superhydrophobic coatings have been widely applied to automotive, construction, national defense and other fields due to their excellent antifouling, waterproof and self-cleaning properties. In this paper, we adopted nano silica in combination with polydimethylsiloxane to prepare superhydrophobic coatings onto goatskin surfaces.The silica and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) solution was loaded on goatskin surface to fabricate superhydrophobic leather coatings by spraying, scraping and/or padding. The effects of the dosage of silica and PDMS on hydrophobicity of leather surface were investigated. The morphology of the coated surfaces was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The experimental results showed that superhydrophobic leather with CA of 155°could be otained by spray coating PDMS with addition of silica nanoparticles.
