N-羟甲基蛋氨酸钙对泌乳奶牛养分表观消化率、乳成分、瘤胃发酵参数及纤维分解菌和蛋白分解菌的影响

摘要:本试验旨在确定N-羟甲基蛋氨酸钙(N-hydroxymethyl-DL-methionineCa,N-HMM-Ca)在中国荷斯坦奶牛日粮中的适宜添加量。选择产奶量、泌乳日龄、胎次相近的荷斯坦泌乳奶牛30头,分为 5组,每组6头,分别在日粮中以干物质基础添加N-HMM-Ca:0%、0.15%、0.30%、0.75%、1.50%,预试期14d,正试期 42d,测定其对奶牛养分表观消化率、乳成分以及瘤胃发酵参数和微生物影响。结果表明: N-HMM-Ca对生产性能、瘤胃发酵和微生物的影响主要体现在试验初期。日粮中添加N-HMM-Ca提高了奶牛对ADF的利用率,且0.30%水平显著提高;0.30-0.75%水平CP、NDF、EE表观消化率均低于对照组。0.15-0.75%水平乳成分与对照组相比均无著差异。添加1.5%水平的N-HMM-Ca限制了奶牛生产性能的发挥。添加不同水平的N-HMM-Ca提高了瘤胃的发酵性能。试验初期,0.15-0.75%水平的N-HMM-Ca对纤维分解菌和蛋白分解菌的相对表达量无影响或正面影响,对P.ruminicola的相对表达量有负面影响。建议N-HMM-Ca的添加量以每天0.15%为宜。

Effects of N-hydroxymethyl methionine calcium (N-HMM-Ca) on nutrient digestibility, milk composition , rumen fermentation parameters and the relative expression of cellulolytic bacteria, proteolytic bacteria of lactating dairy cows
Abstract:The objective of this experiment was to determine the N-hydroxymethyl methionine calcium (N-HMM-Ca) suitable addition amount of Chinese Holstein dairy cows.30 lactating Holstein dairy were blocked by milk yiled ,lactation age and paris;cowse were randomly assigned to 5 levels of N-HMM-Ca [0(control),0.15,0.30,0.75,1.50%(dry matter basis)] in a completely randomized design. Experiment was conducted for 56d ,including 14d for adaptaion. Results show that the reflect of N-HMM-Ca on performance, rumen fermentation and microbial effect is mainly in the initial test. Supplementation of the Total Mixer Ration (TMR) with N-HMM-Ca ,ADF digestibility was improved and level 0.30% was significantly increased ; however , CP, NDF, EE apparent digestibility showed the 0.30-0.75% level were lower than control. 0.15-0.75% level of milk components and the control group showed no significant differences. 1.5% level limited the performance of dairy cattle. Supplementation of N-HMM-Ca improved rumen fermentation performance. Supplement 0.15-0.75% dose of N-HMM-Ca had no effect or a positive effect on the relative expression of cellulolytic bacteria and proteolytic bacteria, had a negative impact on the relative expression of P.ruminicola. In conclusion, the appropriate dosage of adding CSH into Chinese Holston dairy cows' feedstuffs is 0.15% (dry matter basis) per day.
