扁桃酸消旋酶的结构及应用研究进展

摘要:来源于恶臭假单胞菌的扁桃酸消旋酶能够催化扁桃酸及其多种衍生物对映异构体之间的相互转化。将该酶与脂肪酶等酶系联用,构建动态动力学拆分或循环拆分过程,能够实现底物的100%转化,具有较高的工业应用前景。本文概述了扁桃酸消旋酶在分子结构、催化机理、催化底物谱及其应用等方面的研究进展。

Advances in the structure and application of mandelate racemase
Abstract:Mandelate racemase from Pseudomonas putida catalyzes the interconversion between the enantiomers of mandelic acid and its analogues. Dynamic kinetic resolution or cycling resolution could be constructed by combination of mandelate racemase and other enzymes, such as lipase, which could efficiently improve the yield (theoretically 100%). Therefore, mandelate racemase has great potential for industrial application. In the present review, we summarized the processes in the molecular structure, catalytic mechanism, and substrate spectrum as well as application of mandelate racemase.
