微波辅助下提取六盘山地区茵陈中绿原酸工艺研究

摘要:[目的]优化茵陈中绿原酸提取最佳提取工艺。[方法]采用紫外可见分光光度法测定绿原酸含量,通过单因素实验和正交实验,优化微波辅助下提取茵陈中绿原酸的最佳工艺。[结果]茵陈中绿原酸提取率为5.274%,最佳提取条件是:提取温度60℃,微波辐射功率500W,料液比1:20,乙醇体积分数70%,微波辐射时间30min。[结论]从茵陈中提取绿原酸,原料价格低廉,提取工艺简单,效率高。

Research on Microwave-assisted Extraction Technology of Chlorogenlc Acid from Herba Artemisia capillaries of Liupan Mountain
Abstract:Objective] To optimize the extraction technology of chlorogenic acid from herba artemisia capillaries .[Method]The content of chlorogenic acid was determined by an visible spectrophotometric method.The microwave-assisted extraction of chlorogenic acid in herba artemisia capillaries was optimized by a single factor test and an orthogonal experiment.[Results] Chlorogenic acid extraction rate was 5.274% in herba artemisia capillaries,the optimal extraction conditions were: extraction temperature 60℃, microwave power 500W,volume fraction of ethanol 70%,liquid and material ratio 1:20,microwave irradiation time 30 min.[Conclusion] From herba artemisia capillaries to extract chlorogenic acid, the raw material price is low, extraction process is simple, high efficiency.
