配碳量对高铬型钒钛烧结矿的影响

摘要:以高铬型钒钛磁铁矿为主要原料,通过改变焦炭在烧结矿的含量,系统研究配碳量对高铬型钒钛烧结矿的影响规律,结果表明:烧结矿中配碳量从4.0%增至5.0%时,垂直烧结速度逐渐降低,由31.38 mmomin-1降至23.67 mmomin-1;烧结杯利用系数呈先升高后降低的趋势,在配碳量为4.5%时最高为1.965 to(m2oh)-1;成品率先升高后降低,在5.5%时最高为83.98%;转鼓指数逐渐降低,由66.6%降至57.7%;综合指标呈先上升后降低的趋势,在配碳量为5.0%时最高为331。低温还原粉化指数RDI+3.15逐渐上升,由57.03%大幅增至93.19%。

Effects of Carbon Conten on High Chromium Vanadium-titanium Magnetite Sinter
Abstract:Taking high chromium vanadium-titanium as the main material, the experiment about the optimized use of carbon conten in the high chromium vanadium-titanium magnetite sinter was carried out. Carbon conten was used in the form of coke. Some results were obtained as follows. With the increase of carbon content in sinter from 4.0% to 5.0%, the vertical sintering speed was decreased from 31.38mmomin-1 to 23.67mmomin-1, the utilization coefficient were first increased to 1.965 to(m2oh)-1 at carbon conten of 4.5% and then decreased, the drum index were gradually decreased from 66.6% to 57.7% and all the yield and aggregative indicator were improved first and then decreased,the peak values were 83.98% at 5.5% carbon conten and 331 at 5.0% carbon conten respectively, meanwhile, the low-temperature reduction degradation index increased from 57.03% to 93.19% obviously.
