高铬型钒钛烧结矿适宜碱度的研究

摘要:通过调整原料中生石灰的含量改变高铬型钒钛烧结矿的碱度,系统研究碱度的影响规律,探索高铬型钒钛烧结矿的适宜碱度。结果表明,烧结矿碱度从2.10增至2.70,垂直烧结速度、利用系数、成品率、转鼓指数、综合指标均得到改善,低温还原粉化指数(RDI+3.15)由72.75%增至88.76%,烧结矿质量提高。综合考虑,高铬型钒钛磁铁矿应采用高碱度烧结,适宜碱度约为2.70。

Study on the Rational Basicity of High Chromium Vanadium-titanium Magnetite Sinter
Abstract:Trough adjusting the content of quicklime in materials to change the basicity of high chromium vanadium titanium magnetite sinter, the change rules of basicity was investigated systematically. Some results were obtained as follows. With the increase of basicity in sinter from 2.10 to 2.70, the vertical sintering speed, utilization coefficient, yield, drum index and aggregative indicator were all improved, meanwhile, the low-temperature reduction degradation index increased from 72.75% to 88.76% accordingly, the quality of high chromium vanadium -titanium magnetite sinter was enhanced finally. Taking all into account, the rational basicity of high chromium vanadium -titanium magnetite sinter was 2.70.
