细粒径煤矸石含量对胶结充填材料性能的影响

摘要:通过对六种不同细粒径煤矸石含量(细矸率)胶结充填材料坍落度、扩展度、泌水率、不同龄期立方体抗压强度及干缩性能的测定,探讨了煤矸石级配对胶结充填材料工作性能、力学性能和变形性能的影响,且通过压汞试验测定了充填材料硬化后的孔隙率变化,辅以说明细矸石对胶结充填材料性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着细矸率的增加,新拌材料的坍落度、扩展度呈先增加后降低的趋势,细矸率为50%时最大,泌水率近似呈线性降低;不同龄期立方体抗压强度随细矸率的增加呈先升后降的趋势,而收缩率随细矸率的增加呈相反的变化趋势,细矸率40%时,各龄期的抗压强度最大收缩率最小;孔隙率的变化趋势说明细矸率掺量为40%时,充填材料的孔隙率最低,密实性最好,故相应的抗压强度和收缩值较小。

Effect of fine coal gauge dosage on the properties of binder backfill material
Abstract:Properties of binder backfill material are highly affected by the gradation of coal gangue the main components of the material. Based on tests, the slump, divergence, bleeding rate, cube compression strength and shrinkage of different ages were determined to evaluate the workability, mechanical property and deformation properties, and the porosity was measured by mercury intrusion porosimetr to explore the relationship between the dosage of fine coal gangue and the properties of binder backfill material. It is concluded that with the increase of fine coal gangue rate, the slump and divergence of fresh mixture increase firstly and then decrease, and the maximum values were got at 50%, the bleeding rate approximate linear decrease. Cube compression strength fordifferent ages decrease firstly and then increase with the increase of fine coal gangue dosage, however, shrink ratio shows opposite trend, the maximum for the former and the latter are obtained at 40%, and the variation of porosity explain those trend.n this paper.
