百合花提取物,丹参提取物,与维生素 C的抗氧化活性比较

摘要:目的:观察百合花提取物,丹参提取物与维生素 C 的抗氧化活性的比较,也为防止老年痴呆提供新的治疗药物和方向。 方法:运用 DPPH 自由基分析法通过测定 DPPH 清除率分别测定百合花提取物,丹参提取物,与维生素 C 的抗氧化活性。结果: 百合花水提物, 百合花醇提物, 丹参醇提物,还原 VC 0.4mg/ml和 0.8mg/ml 均有极明显氧自由基清除率作用(P<0.01),百合花石油醚提取物100mg/ml 有明显氧自由基清除率作用(P<0.05),百合花石油醚提取物,丹参酮和丹参醇提取物,石油醚提取物还原维生素 C 低浓度均无统计学意义。 结论:百合花水提物,百合花醇提物,丹参醇提物和维生素 C 均有抗氧化作用,高浓度抗氧化作用也增强,醇提物抗氧化活性比水提物活性大。百合花提取物活性比丹参提取物活性大。

Comparative Studies of Antioxidant activityAmong Vitamin
Abstract:In this paper,it compared the antioxidant activity among vitamin C,Lily extract and salvia miltiorrhiza extract was.And it provides new treatment to prevent alzheimer's drug. Determination of DPPH free radicals analysis by DPPH clearance respectively lily extract, salvia miltiorrhiza extract, and vitamin C, to compare the antioxidant activity.Lily lily blossom water extract, alcohol extract, salvia miltiorrhiza alcohol extract, restore VC 0.4 mg/ml and 0.8 mg/ml has extremely obvious oxygen free radical clearance action lily (P < 0.01), the petroleum ether extract 100 mg/ml has clear oxygen free radical clearance effect (P < 0.05), lilies, petroleum ether extract of tanshinone and salvia miltiorrhiza alcohol extract and petroleum ether extract low concentration of vitamin C had no statistical significance. Conclusion:Lily lily blossom water extract, alcohol extract, salvia miltiorrhiza alcohol extract and vitamin C all have antioxidant effect, high levels of antioxidant effect also enhanced, alcohol extraction of antioxidant activity than the activity of water extract. Lily is larger than the salvia miltiorrhiza extract active extract activity.
