V2C型恒定关断时间控制Buck变换器分析?

摘要:本文提出了一种使开关DC-DC变换器具有快速动态响应的V2C型恒定关断时间(voltage-voltage-current constant-off-time,V2C-CFT)控制方法,详细分析了V2C-CFT控制方法的工作原理,对比分析了V2C控制、V2型恒定关断时间(voltage-voltage constant-off-time,V2-CFT)控制和V2C-CFT控制方法的优缺点,并对其稳定性进行了分析。利用PSIM仿真软件对V2C-CFT控制Buck变换器在负载变化和输入变化时进行时域仿真,将仿真结果与V2C和V2-CFT控制Buck变换器进行比较,验证了理论分析的正确性。研究结果表明:V2C-CFT控制方法的响应速度和稳定性优于V2C控制和V2-CFT控制。

Analysis of V2C constant-off-time controlled buck converter
Abstract:In this paper, V2C constant-off-time (V2C-CFT) control technique for switching DC-DC converter with fast dynamic response. The working principle of V2C-CFT controlled buck converter is described, comparing with V2C controlled and V2 constant-off-time (V2-CFT) controlled buck converters. Based on which, it is pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of these three control methods, and their stabilities are analyzed. By using PSIM simulation software, the time-domain waveforms are obtained with the load or input voltage variation. The analysis and simulation results are compared with V2C control technique and V2-CFT control technique, which verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis. The results show that the dynamic characteristic and stability of V2C-CFT control technique is better than V2C and V2-CFT control techniques.
