电子复合率对飞秒激光大气传输的影响

摘要:飞秒激光脉冲在大气中传输所产生的"光丝"现象受到越来越多的关注。本文采用含有高阶克尔的传输模型,通过改变初始脉冲的周期(100fs、300fs)和大气压强(1 atm、2atm),对比包含电子复合效应与否两种情况,研究电子复合率对飞秒激光大气传输的影响。数值模拟结果显示,压强相同、脉冲周期相同时,电子复合率对飞秒激光大气传输基本不产生影响;压强不同、脉冲周期相同时,结果与上类似;压强相同、脉冲周期不同时,电子复合率产生的影响随周期的增加而增加,但也是微乎其微的,可以忽略不计。

Effects of electron-recombination on the propagation of femtosecond laser pulse
Abstract:The filamentation produced by femtosecond laser pulse propagating in air catches more and more attentio. In this paper, employing the propagating model including the higher-order kerr, the effects of electron-recombination on the propagation of femtosecond laser pulse are studied considering different durations of pulses and different pressures. Simulation results show that, for the case of the same pressure and duration, there's almost no effect of electron-recombination; when adopting different pressures and the same duration, the result's similar to the former one; for the same pressure and different durations, although the effect increases with the increased duration, it can be ignored because it's still tiny.
