溶解性有机质对萘普生光降解的影响研究

摘要:萘普生(NPX)是一种水体中经常检出的消炎药物。本文研究了NPX在模拟日光照射下的光降解机制,及水体中的溶解性有机质(DOM)对NPX光解的影响。研究发现NPX光解符合准一级反应动力学,其光解速率随着pH升高而降低,并且NPX在纯水中主要以直接光解和?OH参与的自敏化光解为主。DOM对NPX的光解与其浓度和来源有关。低浓度土壤腐殖质促进NPX光解(2-10 mg/L),高浓度土壤腐殖质(20 mg/L)抑制NPX光解;而河流腐殖质(2-20 mg/L)促进NPX光解。通过自由基淬灭和捕捉实验发现在腐殖质存在条件下,1O2和?OH是参与NPX光解的主要活性物种。

Effect of dissolved organic matter on the photodegradation of naproxen
Abstract:Naproxen is a widely used anti-inflammatory drug that is usually detected in natural water. This study investigated the photodegradation of NPX under the simulated solar light irradiation, and the effects of dissolved organic matter (DOM) in the process. Photodegradation of NPX was first order kinetic reaction where the reaction rate decreased with the increase of pH, and direct photolysis and ?OH participating self-sensitization photolysis were the major process in pure water. The influence of DOM was related to its source and concentration. Low concentration of soil derived DOM (2-10 mg/L) promoted NPX degradation and high concentration one (20 mg/L)decreased it, while river derived DOM (2-20 mg/L)promoted NPX degradation. By radical quenching and trapping experiments, it was found that singlet oxygen and ?OH were the major reactive oxygen species.
