摘要:拉伸是工业上得到具有电学活性聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)β晶的常用方法,其α-β晶转变获得研究者的广泛研究,但是另一种重要晶型γ向β的转变却很少涉及。本文制备了完全的α和γ晶,通过原位的同步辐射X 射线衍射散射检测,分析了在高温拉伸时两种晶型的变形情况,发现γ晶能够在更低的拉伸应变下发生晶片的取向和γ-β晶转变,然而,高温拉伸α晶只能得到大量取向的α晶的情况下,拉伸γ晶仍能获得大量的β晶。该研究加深了对于PVDF 各晶型之间相互转变的理解,以及丰富了拉伸法制备β晶的工艺条件。

Understanding Structural Evolution of α- (γ-) Poly(vinylidene fluoride) during High Temperature Deformation by in-situ Synchrotron X-ray
Abstract:It is a general and important method to get the electroactive β phase of poly(vinylidene fluoride) by stretching, that is why the α-β transformation during stretching is widely investigated in the past several decades, however, the stretching of another important phase of PVDF (i.e. γ phase) is rarely concerned which may be due to the difficulty for obtaining pure γ phase . In this work, the deformation and transformation behaviors of pure α and γ PVDF under high temperature are investigated by in-situ synchrotron X-ray diffraction and scattering. It is clear that under the temperature which oriented α phase is dominated after stretching, high amount of β phase could be obtained by stretching γ phase. It seems that γ phase could transform to β phase under lower strain. This work extends our understanding about the polymorphism transformation in PVDF, as well as the proper conditions for preparing β PVDF by stretching.
