摘要:贵金属纳米颗粒因其独特的表面等离子体共振光学性能被广泛的应用于生物传感研究。纳米颗粒界面环境折射率的改变,可通过等离子共振散射光谱峰的移动实时检测。本文报道了一种在单颗粒纳米立方体表面修饰适体的新型、高灵敏、无标记的钾离子探针。

Single nanocube particles as aptamer probes for detection of potassium ion
Abstract:Noble metal nanoparticles have been widely used for surface plasmon resonance biosensing owing to its unique optical properties. The notable change in the localized environment refractive index around a single nanocube could be detected by plasmon scattering spectra in the real-time process. In this work, a novel and sensitive plasmonic aptamer probe on an individual nanocube had been designed for the label-free analysis of potassium ion.
