反弧门启闭机构运动模型与关终位调整研究

摘要:反弧门关终位置的调整与精准定位,对船闸设备安全运行至关重要。在简要分析反弧门液压启闭机构的基础上,抽象出该机构运动模型分析简图。通过运动模型求解,获得了反映该机构运动关系的数学模型公式。当需要定量调整反弧门的关终位置时,只需将初始条件及有关构件参数代入数学模型公式,即可计算出关终开关的发讯元件在"开、关终装置"中的调整量,从而实现反弧门关终位置精准调整的目标。

Research on motion model and final closed position adjustment of anti-arc gate hoist mechanism
Abstract:The adjustment and precise positioning on Anti-arc gate position is crucial for Shiplock equipment operation. The motion model diagram was drawn out, based on brief analysis on the anti-arc gate hydraulic hoist mechanism.And mathematical model formula of motion relationship was obtained by solving the motion model. When it comes to quantitative adjustment of anti-arc gate final location, you can simply set the initial conditions and the mechanism parameters into the mathematical model formula to calculate adjustment quantity of the final switch dispatch position in open-close final device, to finally precisely adjust the final position of anti-arc gate.
