PM2.5纳米静电纺丝口罩研究

摘要:最近几年,PM2.5颗粒已经成为了污染空气中的主要健康杀手。为了最大限度的降低颗粒物的危害,人们通常用口罩来阻止吸入PM2.5颗粒。但是,这些口罩由于其自身巨大的孔隙并不能够过滤掉PM2.5颗粒。还有些阻隔性比较好的口罩通常透气性很差,这会诱发其他潜在疾病的发生。在本次研究中,一种用于口罩过滤的聚砜纳米纤维以电纺丝法予以合成。这种纳米纤维物质的特征通过电子显微镜扫描成像、透气性测试和截获PM2.5实验得以显示。结果显示纳米纤维口罩物质能够有效过滤PM2.5颗粒,并且同时可以保持良好的透气性。我们认为是由于具有与普通口罩相同透气性的纳米尺度纤维极大地降低了内部纤维间的孔隙。

Study on nano electrospinning mask for PM2.5
Abstract:In recent years, PM2.5 particles have become the main health killer in the air pollution.In order to minimize the harm of particulate matter, people usually use masks to prevent inhalation of PM2.5 particles.However, these masks are not able to filter out the PM2.5 particles because of their huge pores.As for those with relatively good barrier properties, the air permeability is often poor, which can cause other potential diseases.In this paper, a kind of polysulfone nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning for respirator filter.The characteristics of this kind of nano material are shown by electron microscope scanning, permeability test and PM2.5 barrier test.The results show that the material of the nano fiber mask can effectively filter the PM2.5 particles, and it can keep good air permeability.It is considered that the nano scale fiber, which has the same permeability as the ordinary face masks, greatly reduces the porosity of the fiber.
