高水蒸气浓度氧燃烧条件下脱灰煤颗粒的着火温度实验研究

摘要:在一维沉降炉上研究伊敏脱灰煤、准东脱灰煤在不同氧浓度、水蒸气浓度、压力下的着火温度,并利用快速升温水蒸气高压热重分析仪研究了压力对着火温度的影响。研究发现,氧浓度对脱灰煤着火温度的影响较大,随着氧浓度的增加,着火温度逐渐降低;随着水蒸气浓度的增加,脱灰煤着火温度逐渐上升,水蒸气浓度从10%到50%每增加10%,着火温度大致升高30℃。当压力小于1.0Mpa时,随着压力的增加,准东脱灰煤着火温度呈减小趋势;当压力超过1.0Mpa时,着火温度减小趋势已不明显,在压力大于2.0Mpa时着火温度甚至出现小幅度的增加。

The Ignition Temperature of Demineralized Coal Particles Coal Particles with High Steam Concentration and Oxygen Combustion
Abstract:The Ignition Temperature of Yimin demineralized coal and Zhundong demineralized coal were studied in a one-dimensional drop tube furnace at different oxygen concentration, water vapor concentration and pressure. The impact of pressure on the ignition temperature was investigated by High Pressure Steam TGA. The study found that the oxygen concentration is very important for the ignition temperature of demineralized coal. With increasing oxygen concentration, the ignition temperature is gradually reduced. With the increasing the concentration of water vapor, l ignition temperature gradually rises. the water vapor concentration change from 10% to 50% for each 10% increase, the ignition temperature rise roughly 30℃. When the pressure is less than 1.0Mpa, with the increase of pressure, the ignition temperature of Zhundong demineralized coal decreasing; when the pressure exceeds 1.0Mpa, the ignition temperature has no obvious change, but when the pressure is greater than 2.0Mpa , a small increase for the ignition temperature .
