考虑LVRT的风电场馈线稳态短路电流特性

摘要:近年我国发生了多起大规模风电机组脱网事故,其中部分事故以35kV电气设备故障为诱因,明确35kV集电线路的故障特征对避免事故扩大具有重要意义。本文通过理论分析和仿真验证,确定了低电压穿越(Low Voltage Ride Through,缩写为LVRT)期间影响风电机组短路电流受到LVRT策略、机端电压跌落程度和故障前风机出力三者的共同作用,明确了馈线故障时其稳态短路电流受到故障点位置、电网强弱程度和故障严重程度的交互影响,馈线外部故障时整条馈线稳态短路电流呈现出类受控功率源特性,并发现馈线故障时其最小短路电流,与风电机组故障和馈线外部故障时馈线最大短路电流的幅值接近。

The Character of Steady State Short Circuit Current of Feeder Line in Wind Farm Considering Low Voltage Ride Through
Abstract:There has been a lot of cacading trip-off failures occuring in China recently. It was reported that some of failtures were induced by the 35kV device faults in collection system. So it is important to find out the charasticstics of faults occuring in the 35kV collection system. In this paper, the characticsics of short current of wind turbine generators during LVRT has been discussed in theory and by simulation. The impact factors of the short current of wind turbine generator include the strategy of LVRT, the voltage of generator terminal, and the pre-fault active power output of the generator. The results show that the steady component of short circuit current acts like a quasi-controlled-power source. The minimum value of fault current in the feeder line may be close to the max value out of the feeder or turbine faults.
