摘要:从可靠性建模的角度,详细分析行星齿轮传动系统在系统构型、载荷传递及失效等方面的特点。根据功能、结构和载荷属性,提出建立其可靠性模型的方法。以典型的行星齿轮传动系统为例,基于概率论中的全概率公式,建立时域串联系统可靠性模型和失效率模型,展示了系统可靠性变化规律,以及所建模型与传统串联系统模型之间的差异。

Strength reliability and failure rate model of planetary gear transmission system
Abstract:With reference to reliability modeling, analyzed are the system configuration, load path and failure mode of planetary gear transmission system. According to the function, structure and load characteristics, planetary gear transmission system reliability modeling method are presented. Taking a typical planetary gear transmission system as an example, time-dependent series system reliability model is developed, by which the relationship between system reliability and operation time is illustrated, the difference between the proposed model and traditional series system reliability model is highlighted.
