风资源分布的实时估计方法研究

摘要:实时把握区域风资源的分布情况是进一步研究风电出力及对风电进行调度的基础。本文分别从统计规律和数值模拟的角度研究了风资源分布实时估计建模方法。文章首先以甘肃酒泉地区的测风塔实测数据验证了相关性随地理距离增加而衰减的一般规律,指出这一规律只在地形起伏不大并且距离不超过一定数值的情况下适用。然后文章构建了利用风速相关性以及数值大小对区域测风塔进行分组的方法以及基于此方法的风资源分布模型。最后,文章在对常用数值模拟方法进行比较分析的基础上分析了适用于输入数据有限并且要求计算实时性情况下的数值模拟方法,并且指出可能的研究方向及思路。论文构建及分析的数学模型在计算的实时性以及数据需求方面具有优越性,通过对风资源分布的实时估计来提供更加充足的实时风资源信息,同时也为风功率预测、风电调度等领域提供基础模型。

The Research on Real-time Assessment Methods of the Distribution of Wind Energy Resource
Abstract:Getting the real-time distribution of region wind energy resource is vital for the research on wind power output and management of power dispatching. This paper proposes real-time assessment methods of the distribution of wind energy resource, using statistical law and numerical simulation respectively. The relationship between correlation coefficient and geographical distance has been revealed and verified using anemometer tower actual data in Jiuquan, Gansu province. On this basis, all wind towers are grouped, and then the distribution model of wind energy resource is build on these grouped tower, which is based on the relationship between correlation coefficient and geographical distance. Finally, different numerical simulation methods have been analyzed and compared to find a suitable method for real-time computing with limited input data. The model used in this paper could be a helpful model for wind power prediction and dispatching.
