过氧磷钼酸用于硫化氢的氧化脱除研究

摘要:本实验利用过氧磷钼酸进行硫化氢脱除研究,结果表明,过氧磷钼酸水溶液具有良好的硫化氢脱除能力,0.02 mol/L的过氧磷钼酸在双级吸收条件下可保持100%脱硫率10小时。温度变化对脱硫效果影响不大,较低的预接触时间、较高的过氧杂多酸浓度以及较低的硫化氢浓度有利于过氧磷钼酸水溶液对硫化氢的脱除。此外过氧磷钼酸水溶液脱硫剂表现出良好的再生性能。

Study on removal of hydrogen sulfide using solution of peroxide heteropolyacid
Abstract: In this work, we used solution of peroxide phosphomolybdic acid for H2S removal. The results showed that solution of peroxide phosphomolybdic acid have perfect capacity for H2S removal. 0.02 mol/L of peroxide phosphomolybdic acid could achieve a removal efficiency of 100% for 10 h. The effect of temperature, pre-contact time, concentration of peroxide phosphomolybdic acid and H2S was explored. The solution of peroxide phosphomolybdic acid showed an excellent regeneration performance.
