EGR组份对汽油发动机燃烧的影响

摘要:本文以EGR中组份CO、NO、CH2O和H2O的掺比混合物作为研究对象,基于GT-Power一维仿真软件和Chemkin-Pro耦合,研究了不同EGR组份掺比混合物对HCCI燃烧的影响,分析了主要中间产物OH基和O基在燃烧过程中的反应路径及反应速率。研究结果表明:组份CO、CH2O和H2O均对HCCI燃烧有促进效果,且分别可以使燃烧时刻提前3.9 CA、 17.9 CA和1.4 CA,而NO会使燃烧时刻推迟;不同掺比组份混合物对燃烧时刻、峰值压力和峰值温度的影响与单一组份之间并非简单的线性关系。

Effect of the EGR Components on Gasoline Engine Combustion
Abstract:With the reference mixture of EGR components CO、NO、CH2O and H2O as research object, the impact analysis of EGR components on gasoline engine combustion has been simulated based on GT-Power and Chemkin in this paper. In addition, the reaction path and rate of the main intermediate products OH and O have been analyzed. The results showed that CO、CH2O and H2O have a promoting effect on combustion and can advance burning time 3.9 CA、 17.9 CA and 1.4 CA respectively. However, NO will make the burning time postponed; the relationship between reference components and combustion time,peak pressure and peak temperature is not simple linear relationship.
