白皮小麦抗穗发芽主效QTL鉴定

摘要:小麦穗发芽严重影响产量、品质以及来年种用价值。为鉴定白皮小麦地方品种"梓潼女儿麦"的穗发芽抗性相关主效QTL,本研究以周麦18 /梓潼女儿麦构建的RILs群体作为供试材料,测定3种不同环境下的穗发芽表型,多重比较和相关性分析结果表明,穗发芽抗性易受环境影响,但不同家系在年份间穗发芽抗性表现较稳定。利用完备区间作图法对群体进行连锁定位与QTL分析,共检测到8个抗穗发芽QTL位点,分布于小麦染色体2B,3A,5A和6B上,除3A外,其余位点鲜有报道。其中主效位点为QPhs.ahau-2B.2,QPhs.ahau-6B.1和QPhs.ahau-6B.2,表型变异解释率分别为92.4%,55.7%和54.3%。研究结果为白皮小麦抗穗发芽育种提供基因资源。

Identification of major QTL for Preharvest Sprouting Resistance in white Wheat
Abstract:Pre-harvest sprouting (PHS) is an important quality constraint in common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), which can lead to yield losses and downgrading of grain quality in the areas where long periods of wet weather occur frequently during harvest time. In order to identify major QTL for pre-harvest sprouting tolerance in Chinese wheat landrace 'Zitongnvermai', we constructed a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population from the crosses of Zhoumai18/Zitongnvermai in this study. By analyzing the correlation and significance of difference of phenotype data collected from three environments, our results indicated that pre-harvest sprouting resistance of each line showed relatively stable trend in different years or different methods within the same year. Eight QTLs were detected using inclusive composite interval mapping and distributed on chromosome 2B, 3A, 5A and 6B. Except for the QTL on 3A, the rest QTLs were rarely reported. QPhs.ahau-2B.2,QPhs.ahau-6B.1and QPhs.ahau-6B.2 were identified as major QTL and their phenotypic variance explained was 92.4%,55.7% and 54.3%, respectively. The results provide important information for the breeding programmes of pre-harvest sprouting tolerance in wheat.
