秸秆叶片压缩性能的试验研究

摘要:为促进玉米秸秆叶片颗粒饲料化应用以提高其应用价值,本文对粉碎后的玉米秸秆叶片的压缩性能进行了试验研究。本文利用自制的压缩腔体,以影响玉米秸秆叶片压缩性能的含水率、加载速度、压缩密度为试验因素,并以最大压缩力为评价指标,进行了玉米秸秆叶片压缩试验研究。试验结果表明,各因素对最大压缩力的影响规律为:含水率越大,最大压缩力越小;随着压缩密度的增加,最大压缩力增大;随加载速度的增加,最大压缩力缓慢增大。

Experiment of Compression properties of Corn Stalk Leaf
Abstract:In order to promote pelletization and improve the application value of corn stalk leaf as feed, compression properties of corn stalk leaf which was crushed, were studied by experiments in the paper. In the experiments, moisture content, loading speed, and compression density were chosen as experimental factors, the maximum compression force was decided as the evaluation index. By experimental results, the effect of the factors on the maximum compression force is as follows: the greater the moisture content, the smaller the maximum compression force; with the increase of the density, the maximum compression force increases; with the increase of the loading speed, the maximum compression force increases slowly.
