组织工程支架技术修复关节软骨损伤的研究进展

摘要:随着组织工程技术的发展及应用,组织工程技术在软骨损伤的修复中起到重要作用,组织工程支架是软骨组织工程中的重要部分,支架的材料来源主要包括生物材料、人工合成材料及复合材料,近年来支架修复软骨损伤的技术部分已进入临床试验阶段或者已应用于临床治疗,部分支架在研究报道中取得了较好的临床效果,但由于生物力学特性的差异、三位立体结构的特殊性、与支架相结合的种子细胞作用等因素影响,远期疗效仍不尽如人意,本文主要概述了目前常用的软骨组织工程支架的种类及优缺点及其在软骨损伤修复中的应用。

Advanced progress on tissue engineering scaffordand reparation of cartilage
Abstract:With the development of tissue engineering, cartilage tissue engineering is the study hotspot and a promising method for cartilage repair. scaffold is an important component of cartilage tissue engineering. At present, the commonly used scaffold materials includes biological materials, synthetic materials and composite material. Many reports have been published about using scaffolds to repair cartilage in clinical treatment or clinic trial. As the specificity of scaffold biomechanics, three dimensional structure and the ability of coexistence with seed cells, the long term treatment effect is not quite satisfied.This review mainly summarizes the application of cartilage scaffold and its related types and features.?????
