基于CATIA的拖拉机驾驶室人机系统舒适性分析与评价

摘要:驾驶室作为驾驶员操作拖拉机的控制平台,其设计的合理性对驾驶员在作业时的安全、舒适、疲劳性以及工作效率具有直接影响。基于此,以东方红-LX854型拖拉机驾驶室为研究对象,以CATIA软件平台为基础,建立了拖拉机的人机系统模型,并对第50百分位驾驶员在驾驶室内进行了坐姿模拟、操纵台可达性以及工作视野仿真分析与研究。结果表明驾驶员坐姿与操纵台可达性均满足人体舒适性要求,驾驶员工作视野良好,驾驶室布局整体合理。

Comfort analysis and evaluation of the man-machine system in the tractor cab based on CATIA
Abstract:Cab works as the manipulation platform of tractor. The design rationality of cab has great effects on the harshness, safety, fatigue level and working efficiency of the driver. Taking the tractor Dongfanghong LX854 as the research project, the software of CATIA was adopted to establish the three model of the man-machine system. On the base of the model, the sitting comfort of manikin, accessibility of the steering control board and working vision of the driver was analyzed. The results show that the manikin sitting comfort, accessibility of the steering control board and the working vision of driver can basically meet the comfortable demands and the overall layout of the tractor cab is rational.
