银纳米线的弯曲力学性能研究

摘要:本文应用分子动力学软件LAMMPS对不同晶向和不同尺寸的银纳米线进行了力学性能研究。应用包括EXCEL、VMD、MATLAB等软件对实验的结果进行后处理,得到应变能,挠曲线,拟合函数,最终得到杨氏模量。探究了多种求解杨氏模量的计算方法。最后应用三次型的函数对数据进行模拟,以及应用应变能来计算杨氏模量。对相同晶向,不同尺寸的银纳米线进行力学性能的比较:不同尺寸的银纳米线显示出不同的杨氏模量,但是杨氏模量随尺寸的增大还是减小与晶向有关,不同的晶向的杨氏模量显示出硬化或者软化。对相同尺寸,不同晶向的银纳米线进行力学性能的对比:不同晶向的银纳米线的杨氏模量是不同的,即使是轴向晶向相同,其他方向的晶向不同,杨氏模量也是有较大区别的。进行了在不同外力作用下的杨氏模量的对比。总结来说,杨氏模量不仅受到尺寸的影响,也受到各个方向的晶向的影响。最后讨论了本文的局限以及对未来的展望。

On the Mechanical Behavior of Silver Nanowires subjected to Bending Loads
Abstract:The mechanical study of silver nanowires with different orientations and sizes of silver nanowires was carried out by using molecular dynamics software lammps. The results of the experiments were treated by EXCEL, VMD and MATLAB. The strain energy, torsion curve, and the young's modulus was obtained. A variety of methods for calculating Young's modulus were explored. At last, the function of the three time type is simulated, and strain energy is used to calculate Young's modulus. On the same orientation of crystal, the mechanical properties of different sizes of silver nanowires are compared: different sizes of silver nanowires show different Young's modulus, but the increases or decreases of Young's modulus with size is relevant with orientation of crystal , and different crystal of Young's modulus showed hardening or softening. For the same size , mechanical properties of different orientation of crystal of the silver nanowires are compared : the young's modulus of different crystal silver nano nanowires are different, even if axial orientation of crystal are the same one and the other direction is different, the young's modulus is a greater difference. The comparison of Young's modulus with different forces is carried out.. In conclusion, the young's modulus is not only affected by the size, but also influenced by the direction of the crystal direction.. At last, the limitation of the paper and the prospect of the future are discussed.
