具有高介电常数的FeTiNbO6/PVDF 复合材料研究

摘要:FeTiNbO6(缩写为FTN)是一种具有高居里温度和高介电常数的极性材料。在本工作中,首先通过固相法制备分散性良好,平均颗粒尺寸约为500nm的FTN颗粒。然后通过热压法,对FTN粉体与聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)进行复合,得到FTN均匀分散的体积分数为0~60%的FTN/PVDF复相材料。相比于广泛研究的BT/PVDF等复相,在相同填充体积比下,FTN/PVDF复相材料显示更高的介电常数。理论分析认为其高介电常数来源于三方面,包括高介电FTN填料,微电容结构及类渗流现象。同时复相材料铁电性能也被研究。结果显示,该材料有望应用于新型埋入式电容器领域。

The study of FeTiNbO6/PVDF composite with High Dielectric Permittivity
Abstract:FeTiNbO6 (denoted as FTN) is a new polar material with high dielectric constant and high Curie temperature. In this work, the well dispersive FTN particles with mean size of 500nm have been synthesized firstly through the solid-state reaction method. Then, using FTN particles as fillers and poly(vinylidene fluoride, denoted as PVDF) polymer as matrix, the FTN/PVDF composites with a broad filling rang of the FTN volume ratio (0~60 %) have been prepared by hot-pressing method. At the same filling content, FTN/PVDF composite shows a higher dielectric constant comparing with the BaTiO3/PVDF composite. Through the theoretical analysis, it is deduced that the high dielectric constant origins from the three main points, such as giant dielectric FTN filler, the micro capactor structure and percolation phenomenon. Meanwhile, the ferroelectric properties of composites have also been investigated. It is believed that the FTN/PVDF composites show potential application in new generational embedded capacitors.
