考虑风险偏好的双供应链质量改进策略

摘要:研究了需求不确定条件下具有风险偏好的两条供应链产品质量改进问题。引入了企业风险偏好因子和价值损失函数,通过分析集成供应链与分散供应链的质量改进活动,将两条供应链划分为七种战略组合:NN、OII、ODD、OID、TII、TDD、TID,并分别建立了制造商和供应商的效用-质量模型。根据以效用最大化为目标进行优化,求解和分析得到不同情形下的供应链的最优质量及改进策略。最后通过数值算例,验证了所建模型的合理性以及风险偏好对双供应链质量改进策略的重要影响。

Quality Improvement Strategy in Two Supply Chains Considering Risk Preference
Abstract:Quality improvement strategy in two supply chains considering risk preference with uncertain demand is investigated. The factor of enterprises' risk preference and value loss function are introduced. By analyzing quality activities in integrated and decentralized supply chain, seven strategic combinations are divided in two supply chains: NN、OII、ODD、OID、TII、TDD、TID. Meanwhile, manufacturers' and suppliers' functions of utility-quality are established respectively. Based on utility maximization, the optimal strategies of quality improvement under different scenarios are obtained. Finally, numerical examples are used to test rationality and scientific of the models and manifest that quality preference has an important impact on the optimal strategy of quality improvement in two supply chains.
