载有eNOS基因的PCL支架用于皮肤修复

摘要:考察载eNOS基因的PCL支架对Balb/c小鼠皮肤损伤的修复效果。材料与方法:建立Balb/c小鼠皮肤损伤的动物模型,利用载eNOs基因与疏水蛋白复合的PCL支架对皮肤损伤进行治疗,考察其在7天与14天的修复效果。结果: 载基因组支架比较明显的加速了创面的愈合,促进了皮肤组织和血管的新生,并一定程度上降低了炎症反应。结论:载eNOS基因的PCL支架对Balb/c小鼠皮肤损伤的修复有促进作用。

eNOS gene loaded PCL scaffold for skin regeneration
Abstract:To investigate the effect of PCL scaffold containing eNOS plamid on the repair of skin destruction. Materials and Methods: To establish the animal model of skin damage in Balb/c mice, and to investigate the effects of eNOS gene and the PCL scaffold on skin damage in 7 days and 14 days. Result: PCL scaffold loaded eNOS plasmid accelerated the wound healing ,promoted angiogenesis and reduced inflammation.Conclusion: PCL scaffold loaded eNOS plasmid can promote the repair of skin injury in Balb/c mice.
