滑石粉对木质材料表面水性UV涂料改善效果研究

摘要:通过在水性紫外光(UV)涂料中添加改性剂滑石粉,制备了在木质材料表面应用的水性UV涂料。水性UV涂料中含有1.0%SiO2含量时,控制滑石粉含量在3.0%-4.0%,涂覆木质地板表面后,在40 C烘箱中干燥10min,并UV灯辐射1 min,水性UV涂层具有良好的硬度、附着力和冲击强度,但是当滑石粉含量高于4.0%时水性UV固化涂层的力学性能反而下降。光泽度结果表明,随着改性剂滑石粉含量的不断增加,木质材料表面水性UV涂层的光泽度不断下降,当水性UV涂料中改性剂滑石粉的量大于2.0%时,固化后涂层具有亚光。

Improvement Effect of Talcum Powder on Waterborne UV Coatings Applied on the Surface of Wood Materials
Abstract:Waterborne ultraviolet (UV) coatings applied on the surface of wood materials were prepared by adding talcum powder. It was found that when the SiO2 content was fixed at 1.0% and the talcum powder content was 3.0%-4.0%, waterborne UV curing wood coatings were coated on the surface of the wood floor, firstly dried at 40 C for 10 min in an oven, and then irradiated for 1 min with UV lamp, and the obtained waterborne UV curing wood coatings had good hardness, adhesion and impact strength. However, mechanical properties of waterborne UV curing wood coatings decreased when the talcum content was higher than 4.0%. The gloss results showed that the gloss of waterborne UV-curing wood coatings decreased with increasing the content of the talc modifier. When the talcum powder content in the waterborne UV curing wood coatings exceeds 2.0%, the gloss of coatings after curing displayed matt.
