支腿结构参数对热电器件的力学及热电 性能影响

摘要:建立了热电器件三维有限元模型,研究了不同支腿结构的热电器件的热结构耦合应力分布和输出功率密度和热电转换效率。定义了支腿结构参数R,通过改变R值,研究了不同情况下热电器件的热结构耦合应力分布情况及其热电性能,并从中得到了可靠性较高且热电性能变化不大的热电器件结构。所得结论对热电器件的结构优化设计具有一定的指导意义。

Effect of leg structural parameters of thermoelectric devices on the mechanical and thermoelectric properties
Abstract:The coupling stress distribution、the thermoelectric conversion efficiency and the output power density of the thermoelectric device with different leg configurations are studied by establishing a three-dimensional model of thermoelectric devices. To enhance the mechanical properties of the structure, the right-angle connection type between the leg configurations and brass was carried on the fillet processing. A structure parameter R is defined to describe the chamfering round radius. With changing the structure parameter R, the thermal structure coupled stress distribution and thermoelectric properties of thermoelectric devices were studied, respectively. The results indicate that a thermoelectric device with a high reliability and little change in its thermoelectric properties can be obtained which may provide some useful guidance to the optimal design of thermoelectric device.
